Eskom Medupi Operator Training department acquires our Unit Process Simulator suite to train new operators the thermodynamic principles on which power plants are based, as well as provide trainees with a basic competence on operating a power plant via computer-based HMI screens as well as provide an understanding of the control principles and philosophies applied in a typical Fossil Power Plant.

Samahnzi contracted by SimGenics Corporation to deliver a full-scope high fidelity Operator Training Simulator for Black Hills Power WYGEN Unit 3, located in Gillette, Wyoming. The 110MW unit comprises a Babcock & Wilcox Non-Reheat Drum Boiler with Siemens Steam Turbine and is controlled through an ABB Harmony/PPB Unit- and Siemens Turbine Control Systems.
